After updating my phone to latest android version I saw that my Loudspeaker was not working while playing music,apps or games but it was working when phone was receiving call,alarm and message notifications. So I figured that there was no hardware issue with the loudspeaker. Also when I plugged in my earphone they wore working perfectly and I was able to receive calls only with them as ear speaker was also not working. Finally after searching a lot on internet I have found this quick and simple solution and I hope it will work for your device also. I have also made a video to show how it works.
You must be facing these problems :
No sound from loudspeaker while playing music,videos or in app sounds.
Loudspeaker working during alarm, call or message notification.
Sound coming through earphones when plugged in.
Not able to hear voice during calls.
Solution :
Download SoundAbout App from Playstore and open it.
Go to Connectable devices.
Then click on Wired Headset settings.
Uncheck Wired Headset Detection and Wired Headset microphone.
Now you will get audio through Loudspeaker only and headphones will not work.
Now if you want earphone to work then again open the app and go to
Connectable devices > Wired Headset settings.
Check Wired Headset Detection and Wired Headset microphone.
Every time you will have to follow this procedure if you want to switch audio output from Loudspeaker to Earphone or vice versa.
Note - Try restarting your phone if above method does not work immediately after making changes in the application.
