STEPS:
2. Download the latest ICS firmware for Xperia Neo V ( MT11i ) from here .
3. After downloading the file zip file extract it to the location C:\Flashtool\firmwares .
4. Now run the flashtool.exe as administrator .
5. Click on the flash button and choose flashmode .

6. Select the firmware to be installed which you extracted in the step 2 and on the list displayed on the right check on following : Wipe user data , Wipe cache and No final verification .
7. ( Optional ) If you do not want to delete any data on your phone just uncheck flashing userdata.sin .
8. Click on ok button .
9. Switch off your phone and connect it by pressing and holding the back key as shown by flashtool .
10. Flashing will start .
11. Do not disconnect your phone or turnoff your computer during the process .
12 . After the flashing process disconnect your device and start it .
